J.M. specializes in tax and business planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. Whether you need guidance on business formation, benefits, elder care planning, or mapping out a stress-free retirement, he’s got you covered.

When he’s not navigating tax codes or crafting financial strategies, J.M. enjoys life in Freeport with his wife and three children—because even tax pros need a break from spreadsheets now and then!

C. E. Harvey, CPA, JD

With 25 years of tax expertise and 15 years of accounting and audit experience, C.E. Harvey knows his way around the numbers—and the fine print. A graduate of the University of Maine with degrees in Accounting and Law, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every client he works with.

C.E. specializes in preparing individual, corporate, partnership/LLC, gift, estate, and non-profit tax returns, as well as consulting on business formation, social security, retirement, QuickBooks, and education planning. If you find yourself facing an IRS or State of Maine audit, don’t sweat it—C.E. is an expert at representing client interests and navigating tax complexities with ease.

When he’s not tackling tax challenges, C.E. enjoys spending time with his four kids and two Labs or traveling to new places (presumably to escape tax season… for a little while).
